Shipping policy

Our shipping is sent via courier or Australia post and we are only able to quote timeframes provided by the carriers (usually Aramex, Australia Post or Couriers Please) Once items have left us and are with a courier we can no longer assist with any shipping timeframes. If any items arrive to you in a damaged state please first make contact and lodge it with the postal service in question and then notify us and we can follow up with it. Please note we  always do our best to wrap / protect products to avoid any damage in transit. Please make sure you take images of any damaged product and packaging at the first instance you realise there may be damage to your products.
